Provide commercial finance support including forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, performance reporting, variance analysis, partnering with sales/marketing, and presenting insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.

Provide administrative and substantive support to attorneys on commercial transactions, advertising and marketing legal reviews, and legal operations. Manage intake workflows, trackers, SOPs, and document repositories; draft and file contracts and correspondence; coordinate calendars and billing; perform legal and industry research; track campaign approvals and compliance; and support process improvements and internal audits in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Support the Legal Department in commercial litigation, regulatory enforcement, and pre-litigation disputes. Manage calendars, case trackers, files, budgets, invoices, and outside counsel billing. Handle subpoenas, eDiscovery, document collection and review, discovery responses, insurance matters, deposition logistics, witness preparation, trial exhibits, and responses to government or regulatory inquiries.

Process order entry and confirmations, monitor and correct shipping errors, file and follow up on claims, provide customer service and administrative support to Operations, assist with reporting and data entry, and perform additional duties to support operational efficiency.

Field-based Territory Sales Manager driving retail sales execution across Grocery, Convenience, and Food Service. Execute "perfect store" plans, expand SKU distribution and shelf space, conduct account audits, collaborate with distributors, report insights via CRM, and achieve daily, weekly, and quarterly KPIs. Typically 12–15 store visits per day; driving required.
