Coordinates end-to-end recruiting, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, background checks, onboarding, and candidate communication. Maintains HRIS records, personnel files, employee changes, reporting, and compliance documentation. Partners with hiring managers, supports orientations and trainings, tracks recruiting metrics, and contributes to employee engagement and other People & Culture initiatives.

Oversee daily residential shelter operations, supervise and schedule staff, manage facilities, safety, vehicles, inventories, documentation, budgets, and compliance. Provide direct client support, coordinate emergency and on-call responses, facilitate staff training, and collaborate with program leadership to ensure safe, trauma-informed services. The role also includes maintenance coordination, inspections, cleaning and unit turnover, donation and volunteer support, and occasional evening work.
