Support North America operations with cost accounting, month-end close, reconciliations, budget and forecast preparation, inventory and cycle count audits, variance analysis, and cross-functional process improvements to enable data-driven decisions for manufacturing profitability.

Perform bank accounting and reconciliations, manage intercompany balances, support accounts receivable and accounts payable, assist month-end and year-end closings, prepare audit documentation, and contribute to finance process standardization and automation.

Act as first contact for customer requests, handle quotes and inquiries via phone/email, support sales with administrative tasks, prepare compliant tender documents, monitor tender portals for opportunities, assist Italian Operations Manager, and drive process improvements.

Support manufacturing and operational controlling: inventory valuation, variance and margin analysis, standard costing, cost reporting, budgeting/forecasting, project cost tracking, month-end close, audit support, and process/reporting automation.

Manage and govern ERP processes and master data, ensure compliance with FDA/MDR/ISO 13485, support ERP roll-outs, configure workflows, resolve issues, optimize cross-functional workflows, and provide KPIs and insights to management.
