Lead planning, execution and optimisation of paid media, email and social campaigns to drive engagement, leads and fundraising. Manage Google Ad Grant and paid search, deliver email programmes, run A/B tests, analyse performance, improve tracking and reporting, and advise communications and fundraising teams to maximise digital income and awareness.

Manage creation and curation of written, photographic, video and graphic content for digital, donor and media channels. Train and liaise with programme teams, manage freelancers, organise media libraries, support brand rollout, and occasionally travel to capture content and ensure legal/compliance for content collection.
