Lead HALO's global institutional fundraising strategy to secure multi-year, flexible funding from non-traditional donors. Manage a partnerships team through the full contract cycle, cultivate high-level government and donor relationships, oversee proposal and reporting quality, collaborate with regional and programme teams, represent HALO externally, and manage donor safeguarding reporting and stewardship.

Develop, implement and improve MEAL frameworks, SOPs and tools for HALO Angola; design M&E workplans, data collection and analysis, ensure data quality and accountability, build staff capacity, support evaluations and donor reporting, and represent HALO in MEAL coordination.
