Lead institutional and major-donor fundraising across the full cycle: research, cultivation, proposal writing, grant management, reporting, and CRM stewardship. Support CEO, develop tools and strategy, line-manage a Fundraising Officer, and contribute to scaling Mission 2030. Maintain donor relationships and ensure high-quality communications and processes.
