Build and manage client relationships, convert prospects, develop customized financial plans, and provide ongoing investment management and financial guidance. The role requires collaboration, technical accuracy, regulatory compliance, confidentiality, and development toward CFP and CKA certifications.

Own the product lifecycle for financial planning platforms: define strategy and roadmap, gather requirements, lead cross-functional delivery, manage vendors, implement AI-enabled features, drive adoption, and support ongoing optimization to improve advisor productivity and client outcomes.

Provide administrative and HR system support including new hire and termination processing, filing, scheduling, event planning, vendor compliance, reporting, survey administration, supply management, and ad-hoc HR projects. Support Team Services with calendar management, expense reconciliation, employee care, and culture committee activities.

Lead and develop the client cash flow management team; oversee bill-pay and custody account processes; liaise with banks, clients, and advisors; approve transactions; perform bookkeeping and confidential financial record-keeping; improve procedures, train staff, handle client service and compliance-related tasks.

Support business consulting advisors by developing valuations, financial models, reports, and training; analyze market and transactional data; assist client meetings and compliance; build third-party relationships and enhance business consulting offerings.

Support advisors in client relationship management, prepare customized financial plans, execute investment transactions, perform tax and estate planning analyses, lead client meetings, drive business development, mentor colleagues, and uphold compliance and firm policies.

Provide project planning and execution support to National and Regional Managing Directors for cross-functional private wealth initiatives. Develop workplans, track risks and budgets, produce status reports and executive presentations, coordinate multi-department deliverables, support EOS implementation, maintain intranet content, and ensure compliance and confidentiality.

Provide front-desk and administrative support for the national office: answer phones, greet guests, manage mail and supplies, coordinate conference rooms and vendors, support events and marketing tasks, prepare new-hire materials and client welcome packages, maintain common areas, reconcile invoices, and perform other administrative responsibilities to ensure efficient office operations.

Develop and manage Everyday Steward client relationships by creating customized financial plans, delivering investment management, conducting periodic reviews, and integrating Blue Trusts biblical financial principles. Convert prospects to clients, collaborate with internal teams, maintain compliance, use firm tools (eMoney, Salesforce, Orion), and pursue required professional designations while supporting division workflows and advisor metrics.
