Assist Project Manager in overseeing project execution including document control, subcontractor coordination, schedule and cost control, reporting, closeout, and supervision/mentoring of Project Engineers. Serve as primary contact for owners, design teams, and subcontractors, support change management, prepare estimates and reports, conduct field observations, and ensure quality, safety, and contract compliance throughout the project.

Manage full project lifecycle for construction projects including budget, schedule, risk, resources and safety. Serve as primary client contact, coordinate preconstruction/procurement, oversee financials, change management, project controls, closeout, subcontractor relations, and mentor project staff while supporting business development and proposal efforts.

Assist Project Manager with document control, subcontractor coordination, cost/change management, scheduling, project reporting, and oversight of Project Engineer. Manage closeout, field documentation, safety walks, and represent the firm to owners and design teams throughout project lifecycle.
