Hunters-focused individual contributor responsible for prospecting, hosting events, running discovery calls, and closing qualified e-commerce founders into a high-ticket membership. Build pipeline via events, outreach, and community presence; manage deals end-to-end in Go High Level; track conversion metrics and represent MDS at industry events.

Own the full partner lifecycle: prospecting and closing partners, onboarding and contract management, affiliate and promotion setup, deliverable tracking, partner communications/newsletter, KPI reporting, and event support (minimum three in-person events yearly). Maintain partner database and SOPs, use AI tools for community insights, and coordinate cross-functional execution to ensure partners receive expected value.
