Own end-to-end logistics and execution for multiple community event formats across cities. Manage venues, vendors, budgets, run-of-show documents, host briefings, guest lists, communications, and post-event debriefs. Coordinate cross-team efforts, maintain event templates and calendars, anticipate issues with contingency plans, and represent MDS on-site when required.

Build Claude-powered AI agent systems to replace manual operator judgment: design, implement, test, and maintain agents, MCP connectors, reviewer surfaces, and observability. Audit and upgrade existing Make/Zapier/GHL/Airtable automations, hand off maintenance, document systems, and partner with Tech Lead and operations teams to prioritize and deploy production-grade AI workflows.

Own the full partner lifecycle: prospecting and closing partners, onboarding and contract management, affiliate and promotion setup, deliverable tracking, partner communications/newsletter, KPI reporting, and event support (minimum three in-person events yearly). Maintain partner database and SOPs, use AI tools for community insights, and coordinate cross-functional execution to ensure partners receive expected value.

Own new-business prospecting and full-cycle sales to recruit high‑value ecommerce founders into a membership. Generate pipeline via events, outreach, and community presence; run discovery calls, qualify fit, handle objections, and close applications. Manage CRM (Go High Level), multi-channel follow-up, track conversion metrics, and represent MDS at industry events.
