Lead US-focused sales function for a high-volume inbound-driven glass solutions business. Own CRM operations, inbound lead management, call quality, analytics, and team development. Drive pipeline performance with data-backed initiatives, coach and recruit sales reps, enforce CRM discipline, and continuously improve sales processes and conversion rates to meet revenue targets.
