The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, confidentiality, and independent work in a fully remote environment.

Handle high-volume inbound leads (about 200/month), pitch and close sales primarily by phone, negotiate pricing, secure deposits, maintain HubSpot pipeline, learn product technical details, and hand projects off to Project Management.

Own Crystalia Glass’s US marketing function across brand, growth, performance, analytics, CRM, and team leadership. Manage a $200K+ monthly media budget, develop B2B and B2C acquisition strategies, strengthen premium-market positioning, build attribution through closed revenue, improve CAC and ROMI, partner with Sales, oversee PR and trade partnerships, and lead a distributed team of specialists, contractors, and agencies.

Lead and scale a high-performing sales organization focused on B2B, dealers, and commercial tenders. Build and execute sales strategy, enforce CRM discipline, manage full sales cycle metrics, oversee forecasting and reporting, control margins and discounting, and collaborate with marketing, project management, and estimating to ensure accurate quotes and high client satisfaction.

Lead and optimize U.S. sales operations for high-volume inbound leads. Own CRM discipline, pipeline management, call quality, analytics, and team development. Drive performance through coaching, reporting, and process improvements to increase conversion, speed-to-lead, and revenue per rep.

Drive inside sales of custom glass and mirror products to B2C and B2B clients. Generate new business with outbound calls/emails, work an established customer database, prepare quotes, negotiate and close deals, track interactions in HubSpot, and lead showroom client interactions with opportunity to advance to higher-commission partition sales role.

Manage procurement and supply activities for glazing projects: launch production, forecast inventory, source and negotiate with suppliers, prepare material lists from technical drawings, track orders, and collaborate with sales, project managers, engineers, and warehouse for timely delivery and quality control.

Close high-volume inbound US B2C leads by phone, negotiate pricing, secure prepayments, update HubSpot pipeline, learn technical custom glass products, and hand projects to Project Management while meeting monthly revenue and deal targets.
