Lead design and implement a risk-based partnership management framework. Develop tools, workflows, data solutions, and dashboards for partner selection, due diligence, financial monitoring, and risk tracking. Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Grants, and IT to improve processes, auditability, and ERP integration. Provide training, change management, and continuous improvement to strengthen partnership governance and compliance.

Support institutional budgeting and monthly/quarterly financial reporting, perform budget vs actuals and forecast analyses, maintain master data and large Excel databases, monitor D365 project contracts, develop KPI/reporting formats, and respond to ad hoc financial information requests.

Design and deploy integrated talent and performance management programs, lead succession and organizational planning, deliver talent analytics and dashboards, support leadership assessments and development plans, advise HR business partners and managers, and prepare institutional reports for senior leadership and donors to inform promotions, workforce planning, and talent development.

Manage and optimize CIMMYT's corporate website (WordPress/Drupal); design and implement microsites, portals, and landing pages; support digital campaigns with tracking and tagging; analyze website and campaign performance to produce actionable insights; ensure UX, SEO, accessibility, and brand alignment; coordinate with stakeholders and external developers and propose creative digital improvements.

Lead CIMMYT's global IT and digital transformation strategy, sponsor and deliver the ERP program, ensure secure, reliable IT operations and KM, drive adoption, governance, and value realization across finance, HR, procurement, grants and research systems, and build a high-performing distributed team.
