Provide regional finance oversight across Asian country offices, performing risk-based compliance reviews, audit coordination, financial analysis and reporting, corrective action tracking, ERP/D365 support, and stakeholder coordination to strengthen financial governance, controls, and performance.

Manage full fixed-asset lifecycle (acquisitions, disposals, transfers, WIP, capitalization, depreciation), maintain the Fixed Assets Register, perform inventories, support monthly and year-end closings, ensure NIF and tax compliance, assist audits, strengthen controls, support ERP users and Accounts Payable as needed.

Lead and manage end-to-end Accounts Payable and Fixed Assets operations across multiple countries, ensure timely month- and year-end closes, maintain internal controls and IFRS compliance, support audits, drive ERP-enabled process improvements and automation, manage a 12-person multi-site team, and liaise with tax/legal authorities for regulatory compliance.

Manage day-to-day farm accounting and financial controls: update books, process journals, bank reconciliations, vendor/staff payments, month-end close, compliance with statutory laws, support audits, liaise with banks/authorities, review operations assistant work, prepare consumable and crop valuations, and raise fund requests to HQ.
