Lead and own Activate Group's IT support and platform engineering, managing multi-site infrastructure, service desk, and platform strategy. Drive cloud-native, IaC, CI/CD and SRE practices, ensure availability, security, and performance, manage third-party suppliers, and act as senior escalation for complex incidents while building and developing the platform team.

Manage and control bodyshop workshop operations to ensure efficient repair scheduling, resource utilisation, quality technical repairs, H&S compliance, customer service, output monitoring, and vehicle valuation to determine repair economics.

Work with budget holders to prepare budgets and forecasts, support year-end audits and external auditors, drive process improvements and controls, and provide finance business partnering and support to senior finance leaders.

Manage front-desk and customer experience at an accident repair bodyshop, coordinate collection/delivery logistics for a fleet of courtesy cars, liaise with workshop on vehicle progress, handle invoicing and payments, support complaint resolution, update customers, enforce health & safety and company policies.

Own the day-to-day delivery of vehicle manufacturer Body & Paint programmes, acting as lead customer contact. Manage contract performance against KPIs/SLAs, direct cross-functional teams, resolve escalations, drive continuous improvement, and identify account growth and commercial opportunities.

Manage a defined region of Bodyshops to ensure manufacturer standards, improve compliance, increase repair and parts volumes, conduct audits and vehicle inspections, analyse performance data, produce reports, coach shops on improvement plans, and promote manufacturer programmes to meet KPIs and FTPR targets.

Review vehicle incident estimates to verify damage causation and fair costs, apply customer-specific rates, amend or negotiate estimates, authorize repair work, and value total loss vehicles using Audatex and the case management system.

Assess vehicle damage and validate repair estimates, ensure costs align with incident and customer rates, renegotiate inflated quotes, authorize repair work, and value total losses.

Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using C#, .NET (including .NET 8), Blazor and Angular 15. Build APIs, integrate databases (MySQL, SQL Server, MongoDB), write tests, perform code reviews, optimize queries, document systems, and collaborate in Agile teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
