Provide administrative support for the Chase the Vote program: data entry, coordination with field teams, organizing trainings and materials, handling inquiries, and assisting with graphics distribution and event logistics across Arizona.

Maintain GAAP-compliant financial records, process accounts payable, reconcile accounts, review general ledger and prepare adjusting entries, manage credit card reports and reimbursements, set up employee credit cards, assist with payroll and accounting projects, and support financial reporting and documentation.

Maintain and verify legislative and elected-official data, conduct voting-record and policy research, support endorsement processes, build structured databases and digital files, monitor political developments, and create data-driven social media content aligned with Scorecard strategy.

Perform daily outreach and coordination with the Ballot Chase Manager to encourage voters to return ballots, build community networks to monitor low-propensity precincts, track data and progress toward incentivized goals, and foster inter-community relationships. Required to meet daily reporting expectations, work independently in a field capacity, and comply with transportation and background-check requirements.

Track platform performance across Instagram, X, and TikTok, follow trends and meme formats, assist the Social Media team with assigned tasks, and collaborate with team members to boost engagement and platform growth.

Support the Scorecard by collecting, verifying, and organizing political data; researching legislation and voting records; preparing endorsement materials; maintaining databases and digital files; monitoring political news; contributing to social media strategy and content; coordinating with stakeholders; and assisting on strategic initiatives with accuracy, discretion, and strong written communication.
