Lead adoption and application of AI, automation, and digital tools across the organisation. Develop, prototype, evaluate, and scale tech solutions for programmatic areas including deployment, research, testing, content and data management. Source and manage external vendors, assess technological trends and risks, establish governance and ethical guardrails, and translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders to drive strategic communications impact.
