Six-month full-time knitwear design internship supporting CAD work, trend and yarn research, mood boards, spec’ing, tech packs, sourcing trims, sample handling, showroom visual merchandising, and daily administrative and communication tasks with the Hong Kong office.

Support the Strategic Account team by managing product data and item setup, ensuring data accuracy, tracking sales trends, conducting competitive market analysis, coordinating meetings and project setup, creating internal reports, and partnering with cross-functional teams to support retail execution and account management.

Manage eCommerce order processing and inventory allocation, monitor shipment statuses, handle retailer/marketplace feeds and inquiries, maintain 3PL SOPs and performance reports, reconcile disputes/chargebacks, and collaborate with logistics, planning, and analytics to meet fulfillment SLAs.
