Design low-voltage electrical systems, control panels, MCCs, and VFD panels for industrial clients. Produce schematics, wiring diagrams, panel layouts, cable schedules, and BOMs; apply NEC/NFPA/UL508A standards. Support PLC I/O drawings, vendor reviews, field installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and client coordination.

Design, configure, test, commission, and support ISA-88 batch control solutions. Develop batch recipes, PLC/DCS and HMI/SCADA code, integrate historians/MES/SQL, lead FAT/SAT and start-up, troubleshoot batch execution and integration, and mentor junior engineers.

Coordinate with clients, OEMs, contractors, support field start-ups and bid walks, estimate project effort, and travel to client sites (~10%).

Lead design and implementation of DCS/PLC-based control systems: gather field data, prepare functional specifications, develop PLC/DCS code and HMI graphics, execute FAT, perform on-site commissioning/start-up, supervise teams, coordinate with clients and engineering disciplines, and ensure safety and project documentation.

Work on design, programming, testing, and commissioning of PLC-based control systems. Assist senior engineers to prepare functional and test specifications, write PLC code, develop HMI graphics, execute factory acceptance tests, perform on-site commissioning/start-up, and maintain client relationships across varied industrial projects.

Lead multi-discipline and EPC projects from planning through completion, ensuring profitability, schedule and scope control, risk management, client communication, subcontract administration, construction oversight, budget/schedule maintenance, and coordination with stakeholders and accounting.
