Manage all aspects of Outside Plant (OSP) fiber projects from planning through close-out. Coordinate cross-functional teams, subcontractors, vendors and clients; define goals and timelines; set quality standards; monitor risks; track metrics; report progress; provide guidance, training and process-improvement recommendations to the project management team.

Manage B2B accounts receivable and collections: contact customers, investigate and resolve inquiries, process payments and deposits, post to the accounting system, prepare reports, lead A/R review calls, and coordinate with billing, controllers and project managers.

Own architecture, baselines, compliance, patching, vulnerability remediation, automation, and incident escalation. Partner with security, infrastructure, risk, and audit to maintain audit readiness, enforce conditional access and app control, and mentor support teams to improve endpoint reliability and security.

Manage electrical construction projects end-to-end: plan schedules and budgets, lead cross-functional teams, ensure quality and safety, enforce CSA electrical code compliance, communicate with clients, and resolve technical and logistical issues to deliver projects on time and on budget.

Conduct prospect research and cold calling to generate new facilities-services revenue. Qualify client needs, prepare proposals and contracts, price agreements, update CRM, attend sales meetings, support start-up meetings, and collaborate with internal teams to close service agreements for HVAC, plumbing, electrical and facility management.

Generate new service agreements within an assigned territory by prospecting, qualifying, and closing commercial/industrial/institutional clients. Conduct site visits, evaluate total cost of ownership, recommend operational/process improvements, and build long-term client relationships using company sales methodology and provided training.

Prepare and issue customer invoices, reconcile payments and purchase orders in JD Edwards, update monthly/quarterly job reports against budget and forecasts, assist with job forecasts and productivity data entry, support AR/AP documentation, and perform other accounting tasks with strong accuracy and communication.

Manage and lead the contracts administrative and billing team, oversee full-cycle contract accounting (AR/AP/payroll, accruals), maintain document control and contract records, produce financial reporting and client data reports, support budgeting and variance analysis, drive process improvements, train staff, and provide backup administrative support.
