Develops employer recruiting strategies, builds partnerships with businesses and campus stakeholders, and promotes student employment opportunities. Manages employer engagement, career fairs, interviews, workshops, and related events. Advises employers and students, supports recruiting activities, oversees staff or strategic initiatives, and administers the Handshake platform to improve employer and student engagement.

Provide comprehensive financial oversight for Athletics: prepare and reconcile complex financial statements, manage budgets and revenue, ensure compliance with institutional, NCAA, Foundation, and federal requirements, assist with procurement and cash handling, train staff, and collaborate with central accounting and department leadership to maintain internal controls and financial integrity.
