Supports HR employee lifecycle processing in Workday and related systems, including complex entries, corrections, audits, validations, troubleshooting, service tickets, policy implementation, testing, training, reporting, and documentation. The specialist researches HR policies and system issues, recommends process improvements, assists business analysts with service requests, and provides end-user support for HR Services.
