Support the Sports Information Director by developing and executing communications strategy for UW-Oshkosh Athletics. Write, edit, and publish content, manage editorial planning and projects, monitor campaign effectiveness, and coordinate with stakeholders to meet deadlines and communication goals across 22 intercollegiate programs.

Design and produce on-brand print and digital visual assets supporting university communications. Manage multiple projects, collaborate with stakeholders, maintain files, and handle logistics and production while adhering to brand guidelines.

Lead and manage all university procurement functions, ensuring compliance with state and UW System rules. Oversee solicitations, contracts, purchase orders, vendor relationships, and procurement team supervision. Develop policies, training, and procurement procedures; prepare financial and compliance reports; support audits; perform budget verification and cost-benefit analyses; and advance vendor diversity and contract-renewal planning.
