Lead and support investigations of operational and safety incidents across the rail network, chair 72-hour reviews, maintain investigation records, analyse trends with HSSE data, escalate and monitor recommendations, represent the company in joint investigations, and deliver training and guidance to improve investigative capability and reduce recurring risk.

Identify and pursue new commercial opportunities across rail routes, build and convert a strong pipeline, manage full sales cycle and third-party suppliers, negotiate and review commercial contracts, maintain CRM and KPI reporting, represent the business at events, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver against contractual commitments.
