Coordinate new product introductions and product change projects across manufacturing sites, managing timelines, critical paths, stakeholder communication, artwork, packaging, specifications, costings, sourcing, risks, SAP master data, BOMs, and pricing. Lead project meetings and support Operations and Quality teams through successful first production runs while collaborating with customers, suppliers, Finance, and internal stakeholders.

Leads operations and supply chain components of business-wide strategic projects from concept through implementation. Responsibilities include shaping project scope, gathering customer and partner requirements, developing operating models, documenting workflows and procedures, coordinating cross-functional teams, preparing training materials, and ensuring plants, people, systems, and processes are implementation-ready. The role also provides project updates to senior operations and supply chain leadership.

Prepares month-end and year-end accounting activities, including journals, accruals, reconciliations, reporting schedules, and variance analysis. Supports statutory, tax, audit, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance activities across Australia and New Zealand operations. Provides accounting support for revenue, costs, leases, fixed assets, working capital, and intercompany transactions while improving controls, processes, and reporting quality. Collaborates with finance teams and stakeholders on analysis, projects, and issue resolution.

Manage an assigned customer portfolio as primary contact for enquiries, orders, amendments and post-sales issues. Support sales with quotes, reporting and pricing, liaise with supply chain and manufacturing to resolve delivery issues, maintain records in Dynamics and SAP, and conduct customer feedback/NPS to improve service.

Design, develop, and implement mechatronic systems integrating mechanical, electrical and control components. Lead automation and robotics projects, upgrade process line equipment, commission new lines, develop and execute test plans, troubleshoot PLC/OT networks and SCADA, integrate sensors and microcontrollers, support prototyping, preventative maintenance, and continuous improvement.
