Coordinate end-to-end bid and tender activities for Power T&D projects: set up bids, manage documentation and CRM, schedule reviews and site visits, liaise with clients, prepare presentations, allocate resources, and maintain proposal content library to support timely, high-quality submissions.

Lead the Yorkshire SHEQ team to deliver safety, environmental and quality management across water utility projects. Develop and maintain ISO-based SHEQ systems, oversee risk assessments, incident investigations, audits, training, and occupational health programmes, ensure regulatory compliance, drive continuous improvement, and report performance to senior stakeholders.

Manage contracts, direct labour and supply chain for social housing refurbishment projects; lead procurement, negotiate subcontractor packages, ensure H&S and client engagement, and drive team performance.

Develop and produce 2D/3D CAD design drawings and technical solutions for water and wastewater projects from concept to detailed design. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, review survey and client data, support CAD/BIM integration and quality management (ISO), resolve technical issues, and mentor junior staff to deliver projects to programme deadlines.
