Lead frontend development of complex UI features using React and TypeScript, own frontend architecture, improve performance and test coverage, mentor engineers, collaborate with product/design/backend, and resolve production issues.

Lead backend architecture and long-term technical strategy across the platform. Define engineering standards, guide platform and data architecture decisions, identify systemic risks, mentor senior engineers, and contribute hands-on in high-leverage areas to ensure scalable, resilient enterprise SaaS systems.

Support Public Sector Enterprise Account Executives by qualifying leads, developing pipeline, nurturing prospects through long government buying cycles, coordinating demos and meetings, maintaining CRM records, executing account research and strategic plans, and supporting proposals and procurement to drive opportunity progression and revenue.

Lead strategic, post-sale relationships for Fortune 500 clients, driving onboarding, product adoption, executive engagement, renewals, and expansion. Act as trusted advisor, build success plans and ROI metrics, lead executive reviews, mitigate churn risks, and influence product and operational improvements across cross-functional teams.

Own revenue growth and retention across enterprise (Fortune 1000) accounts. Develop and execute account expansion strategies, build pipeline, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, partner with Solutions Engineers/Product/Customer Success to close deals, monitor account health to mitigate churn, and manage pipeline and forecast in Salesforce.
