Lead design and advisory work on dredging, reclamation and maritime earthworks. Oversee dredging contractors, deliver technical consultancy and high‑quality reports, provide client technical support, contribute to R&D and digital tools, undertake occasional fieldwork and represent the organisation at events.

Carry out drainage modelling and data analysis (using InfoWorks ICM or equivalent) to assess SuDS, CSO spills and urban runoff, develop climate-adjusted rainfall series and tools, support clients and research, and collaborate across multidisciplinary flood and water teams.
