Perform monthly GL account and vendor reconciliations, investigate and resolve variances, maintain audit-ready documentation in QuickBooks Online, support month-end close, review and approve invoices, prepare ad-hoc reports, and propose process improvements while partnering with the Controller and Bookkeeper.
