Provide strategic HR partnership to business leaders, manage employee relations and compliance with employment laws, conduct investigations, support talent management, performance coaching, training, workforce planning, unemployment claims, and drive culture and change initiatives while maintaining in-person presence.

Lead and develop a regional team of HR Business Partners and Employee Relations specialists, oversee employee relations escalations and investigations, guide HR strategy using analytics, support organizational design and change management, ensure compliance with employment laws, and provide operational HR coverage and leadership coaching.

Provide senior-level administrative support to VPs/SVPs: manage calendars, schedule meetings and travel, reconcile invoices, communicate with vendors, take meeting notes, prepare reports and correspondence, maintain contacts, coordinate events, and back up team members while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Designs, implements, maintains, and troubleshoots server infrastructure and applications. Manages virtualization, backups, disaster recovery, licensing, monitoring, and security per NIST/ITIL. Provides escalated support, mentors junior staff, documents processes, and reports project status. Onsite in Phoenix with on-call responsibilities.

Oversee accounting operations for Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona, ensuring accurate financial transactions, GAAP and OMB compliance, internal controls, audits, month/year-end close, and supervision of finance staff. Support integrations M&A, grant and payroll oversight, policy development, and liaise with external auditors and finance leadership.

Lead a regional team of HR Business Partners and Employee Relations specialists to ensure consistent HR service delivery, manage complex employee relations cases, provide strategic HR guidance, use analytics to inform decisions, support organizational change, and ensure compliance with employment laws while developing HR team capability and mitigating risk.
