Manages CME Operations projects from planning through implementation, stabilization, and closeout. Defines scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and success measures; maintains project portfolios, plans, dashboards, and status reports; leads cross-functional meetings; tracks commitments; escalates issues; and coordinates testing, training, documentation, communications, and operational handoffs. Supports capital equipment, facility, process improvement, capacity expansion, automation, systems implementation, commercialization, and operational readiness initiatives across manufacturing and related functions.
