Assists the Deposit Operations Manager in overseeing ACH, wires, share drafts, debit and ATM cards, mobile banking, IRAs, disputes, reconciliations, fraud monitoring, and account servicing. Ensures compliance with NACHA, MasterCard, NCUA, BSA, and applicable federal and state regulations. Supports vendor management, internal controls, reporting, staff supervision, coaching, scheduling, performance reviews, and process improvement.
