Lead and grow a nationwide democracy mobilizing team: supervise and coach staff, develop strategy and campaign plans, build large-scale grassroots actions and coalitions, oversee daily operations, hiring, training, compliance, and support student and regional organizing to protect democratic institutions.

Lead legal research and strategy to pursue criminal accountability for fossil fuel companies. Develop legal theories, write memos and articles, build factual records, and support state and local prosecutors. Build networks with NGOs, law firms, scholars, and law students; produce public-facing materials and coordinate coalition and outreach efforts.

Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Co-Presidents and Chief of Staff: manage scheduling, travel, correspondence, documents, records, vendor and board liaison, event logistics, and ad hoc research and projects while maintaining confidentiality and streamlining office processes.
