Lead mechanical design from requirements through production for enclosures, structures and assemblies. Responsibilities include sheet-metal design, sealed/IP-rated enclosures, electro-mechanical integration, structural and thermal analysis (FEA/thermal simulation), prototype build and test, production documentation (GD&T, BOMs), DFM/DFA decisions, manufacturing partner selection, and driving iterative validation and production readiness.
