Support execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, social, email, community, and in-center channels. Coordinate timelines, materials, vendors, and events; create social content, photography, and short-form video; maintain in-center marketing and digital displays; track campaign performance and support reporting and continuous improvement.

Lead full-cycle recruitment for high-volume, frontline roles: source, screen, interview, and manage offers. Partner with hiring managers and People teams to build pipelines, ensure inclusive candidate experience, maintain ATS records, and analyze hiring metrics to improve time-to-fill and retention.
