Manages HR onboarding systems, candidate records, forms, screenings, offer letters, orientation scheduling, and new-hire orientation. Supports recruitment activities across multiple sites by maintaining job requisitions, postings, and open-position reports. Assists managers and employees with HR-related questions while maintaining confidentiality and accurate documentation.

Supports recruitment, job postings, candidate tracking, onboarding, background and employment screening, offer letters, orientation scheduling, and HRIS data entry. Assists managers and employees with HR-related questions while maintaining confidential records and accurate employment documentation. Requires two years of HR experience, strong organization and communication skills, customer service abilities, and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
