Conducts field-based outreach to hospitals, outpatient programs, physicians, practitioners, and community organizations to generate patient referrals for addiction treatment services. Builds referral partnerships, identifies business opportunities, and develops and hosts educational in-services positioning Arms Acres as a substance-abuse treatment expert. Requires strong communication, customer service, organizational, engagement, and independent-work skills.

Manage daily HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, training compliance, investigations, performance management, and policy compliance across an inpatient facility and outpatient clinics.
