Administers and develops Microsoft 365 and LMS environments (D2L/Moodle), designs integrations, builds portals/APIs/scripts, automates with PowerShell and CI/CD, ensures security/compliance (NIST, GDPR), monitors performance, and provides advanced technical support and user training.

Provide administrative and logistical support for inclusion-focused initiatives, manage event/training coordination, prepare HR and financial documents, and create and schedule social media content. Maintain project records, collaborate with communications and community partners, and compile participation and engagement reports. Travel within the province as required.

Under the supervision of the Accounting and Budget Manager, manages accounts receivable for commercial and student accounts: billing, issuing invoices, processing payments and refunds, ledger entries, reconciliations, investigating disputed accounts, credit card administration, liaising with departments and clients, and performing related administrative tasks.

Teach, design, update and deliver computer science courses for diploma and bachelor programs across in-person, online or evening modalities. Assess and support student learning, participate in faculty meetings, program development, committees and recruitment, stay current in the field, ensure safe learning environments, and contribute to institutional research and data activities.
