Manages day-to-day HR operations, including compliance, recruiting support, onboarding, employee relations, payroll and HRIS administration, benefits, leave management, workers’ compensation, safety programs, performance management, terminations, and employee events. Provides HR guidance to employees and supports the VP of HR with policy implementation, reporting, audits, and multi-state regulatory requirements.
