Lead design and maintenance of RCM dashboards and reports in Power BI, write/optimize Snowflake SQL, analyze payer/procedure-level leakage and denials, ensure billing data quality, deliver recurring and ad hoc analyses, present findings to leadership, document methodologies, and mentor junior analysts.

Own and maintain Power BI operational reporting; write and optimize complex SQL in Snowflake; partner with operations and clinical leaders to translate needs into actionable reports tied to EBITDA and volume; build repeatable data pipelines, monitor data quality, standardize metrics, deliver ad hoc analyses, and mentor junior analysts.

Partner with Operations to deliver FP&A support across multi-site orthopedic practices: budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, KPI dashboards, financial modeling, and operational performance improvement to drive revenue, margin, and EBITDA growth.
