Manage month-end close, review trial balances and P&Ls for multiple practice entities, prepare and approve GAAP journal entries, reconcile accounts, analyze variances, partner with FP&A and Operations, coach accounting staff, support audits, and improve accounting processes and controls.

Support the Chief Legal Officer and stakeholders by managing contract lifecycle processes (CLM/LinkSquares), drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, overseeing corporate governance and entity compliance, conducting legal research and risk analysis, maintaining corporate and IP records, and driving legal operations improvements and compliance initiatives.

Manage and grow physician referral networks and community partnerships across an assigned territory through outreach, events, sponsorships, and content capture. Coordinate physician visits, educational presentations, community events, and marketing support while tracking referral metrics and reporting on outreach outcomes to drive patient growth and brand awareness.
