Handles accounts receivable for industrial refrigeration projects, including customer invoicing, collections, statements, aging review, past-due follow-up, progressive project billing, payment updates, and invoice inquiries. The role also supports system implementations, process changes, customer relationships, phone coverage, and general administrative duties. Strong accounting knowledge, communication, organization, attention to detail, and proficiency with Excel and accounting or ERP systems are required.
