The Director of Finance serves as the senior financial leader and primary adviser to company leadership. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow planning, financial modeling, executive reporting, banking, debt management, monthly close, financial statements, reconciliations, controls, and tax coordination. The role will bring accounting and reporting in-house, supervise the Administrative Manager, build scalable finance processes, and support strategic decisions across a growing multi-location coffee business. This is a full-time, in-person position requiring periodic travel between company locations.
