Drive territory growth by managing existing accounts and developing new prospects through in-person calls, market planning, CRM tracking, product training, and cross-team issue resolution. Regular overnight travel within the assigned Western NC / Eastern TN territory is required.

Manage inbound and outbound sales at the Phoenix branch, meet monthly sales targets, handle counter/phone/email inquiries, create quotes and orders in Sage 100, resolve customer issues, lead and coach the counter team, prospect for new business, and maintain product knowledge.

Manage and grow sales in Western Michigan by visiting accounts and prospects, building relationships, closing sales, forecasting territory performance, maintaining CRM records, providing product training, onboarding customers, and representing the company at industry events.

Assist customers at the counter and by phone with building material needs; develop product knowledge, process orders in Sage 100, resolve order/quote/delivery issues, and build customer relationships to drive retention and sales.

Drive territory growth by prospecting manufactured housing communities, contractors, and service providers. Build and maintain customer relationships and pipeline, prepare quotes, close sales, and support branch operations. Conduct regular customer visits, track activity in CRM, coordinate fulfillment, and provide exceptional service to grow revenue and market share.

Develop and execute a territory sales plan for Phoenix, calling on existing accounts and prospects, prospecting new business, collaborating with branch staff, tracking opportunities, providing product training, managing account setup and credit issues, forecasting, and attending trade shows to achieve sales and growth targets.
