Supervise guest interactive aquarium areas and touch tanks, provide information on aquatic life and proper animal handling, ensure guest and animal safety, operate point-of-sale, greet and interact with guests, and assist with camps, programs, and outreach as needed. Reports to the Director of Education.

Provide hands-on IT support for Ripley's attractions: install and maintain PCs, POS systems, printers, software (Windows, MS Office, Adobe), and support turnstiles, arcade games, security cameras, and audio equipment. Troubleshoot remotely, handle help desk tickets, participate in on-call rotation, and perform other duties assigned by IT Manager.

Provide project management support for US operations: coordinate client onboarding and implementation, liaise with sales and HQ, optimize project processes, support on-site platform usage, and track progress using tools like Monday, Pipedrive, and Erplain.

Oversee sales and guest service operations: build relationships with associations, manage social media, group/consignment/special event bookings, drive admissions and ancillary revenue, support operational duties, maintain safety and presentation standards, assist cash management, and work flexible schedules including nights and weekends.
