Field-based Outside Sales Representative responsible for territory P&L, developing new business and strategic account relationships, executing in-person sales and presentations, collaborating with Account Managers and cross-functional teams, managing merchandising and product launches, tracking sales administration, and representing the company at trade shows. Requires frequent travel and use of a personal vehicle.

Provide hands-on IT support and device deployment across corporate and warehouse sites. Troubleshoot hardware, OS, and applications, manage user accounts and Microsoft 365 tools, support devices via Intune/Jamf/SOTI, maintain ticketing SLAs, assist with asset management and IT projects, and document solutions in the knowledge base.

Identify and develop new business opportunities, build client relationships, present promotional product solutions, manage pipeline and CRM, prepare proposals and contracts, collaborate with internal teams, attend trade shows, and meet sales targets.

Partner with Account Managers, track pipeline and administrative tasks, attend industry events, and drive sales, profitability and new product launches.

Drive revenue and margin across an assigned territory by sourcing custom promotional hard goods globally. Build and manage customer relationships, win new business through outreach and proposals, coordinate with internal teams and China buying office, ensure accurate quoting and delivery, and mentor peers to support team goals.

Serve as a strategic partner to Outside Sales to manage territory accounts through phone, email, and digital channels. Design, build, and maintain scalable C#/.NET web applications and RESTful APIs for a high‑transaction eCommerce platform. Improve performance, troubleshoot production issues, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with product and UX teams on new features and integrations.
