Freelance Lean Six Sigma consultant to analyze and map As-Is/To-Be processes, apply Lean and Six Sigma methods, lead improvement initiatives, facilitate stakeholder workshops, define KPIs, produce business cases and SOPs, and support change management for operational excellence projects.
