Join Fullpath as a Junior Software Engineer to write clean, maintainable code, own features end-to-end from design to deployment, and collaborate with product, design, and engineers to ship AI-powered CDP solutions. This full-time role is on-site in Jerusalem or Tel‑Aviv and focuses on learning, growth, and R&D contributions.

Provide strategic administrative and operational support to the CEO and senior leadership: manage complex global calendars, plan end-to-end international travel, act as internal/external point of contact, organize off-sites and leadership events, own cross-functional projects, draft high-quality confidential communications, and use AI/tools to improve workflows while working across US–Israel time zones.

Design, prototype, and iterate LLM workflows and AI agents to drive conversion and product adoption. Monitor live systems and A/B tests, triage hallucinations and regressions, build evaluation frameworks, QA user-facing outputs for tone and effectiveness, and collaborate with product, marketing, CX, and R&D.
