Lead and own product quality across software and hardware for a counter-drone product: manage Scrum, regression, and automation teams across multiple international test sites and labs; define and execute quality strategy, plans, and test methodologies; collaborate with R&D, product, and customer success; validate new HW capabilities and ensure high-volume, high-quality product deliveries.

Perform offensive security research on embedded systems (especially drones): reverse engineer firmware/binaries, find vulnerabilities, develop exploits and instrumentation, and build the research frameworks and low-level tooling to support R&D.

Develop application, control, and communication layers for a counter-drone embedded unit. Work in an agile team to design, code, integrate, and deliver end-to-end solutions, adhering to high software development standards and collaborating with cross-functional engineers.

Design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks and client-server tools for RF and system-level validation. Integrate software with RF test equipment, implement C# and Python tools for orchestration and data analysis, manage lab automation scripts, execute end-to-end system tests, and collaborate with RF, algorithms, and systems engineers using Jira for test workflows.

Lead EMEA sales for Counter-UAS, owning regional bookings, quota attainment, pipeline generation, and forecast accuracy. Drive complex enterprise and government deals, negotiate multi-year contracts, manage channels and strategic partners, recruit and coach regional sales teams, and align go-to-market execution across stakeholders.
