Translate payments trends and market signals into client briefings, insight products, thought leadership, and recommendations. Enable account teams to use MPI in client engagements and identify external datasets and partnerships that strengthen the product.

Manage a portfolio of enterprise merchant accounts, identify commercial optimization opportunities using data and payments expertise, own project governance and revenue targets, lead stakeholder engagements, assess contracts/SLAs, coordinate resources, and drive client satisfaction and growth.
