Provide hands-on internal IT support and operations: procure and manage assets, onboard/offboard users, administer Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, AD and SharePoint, troubleshoot desktops/laptops and networks (LAN/Wi‑Fi/VPN), maintain endpoint security, document processes in Confluence, manage tickets in Jira Service Management, conduct trainings, and collaborate on IT improvements and compliance.

Own and prioritize product backlog, lead scrum teams, define product vision and roadmap, plan releases, liaise with vendors, research users/market, and ensure Agile best practices and high-value delivery.
