Own and deliver backend features across the Ecosystem team: design, code, unit test, debug, and tune services. Implement REST APIs, instrument for monitoring, fix CI/production issues, collaborate with frontend, infrastructure and domain teams, and build automation for CI/CD.

Design, build, and deploy end-to-end LLM-based AI applications (RAG, fine-tuning, embeddings). Work with founders and clients, iterate rapidly, and own production delivery including cloud deployment and ML pipelines. Occasionally contribute to frontend, dev tooling, or data pipelines.

Responsible for mobile network optimization and planning: analyze KPIs, tune parameters, conduct drive test analysis, support RF and core mobility troubleshooting, plan capacity and site improvements, evaluate 4G/5G deployments, and produce technical reports and dashboards.

Lead product roadmaps and strategy for digital products: define visions, prioritize initiatives and backlogs, create business cases, evaluate sprint outcomes, work with cross-functional teams, and coach product managers to deliver customer and business value.
