Responsible for month-end close, balance sheet integrity, account reconciliations, and operational financial analysis for fleet assets. Prepare amortization schedules, review financing/leasing costs, generate rental invoices, monitor commitments, evaluate work order costs for capitalization, post adjusting entries, and support ad hoc analyses and special projects using advanced Excel and ERP tools.

Provide on-site administrative support for transmission construction projects including AP/AR and procurement assistance, timesheet and payroll entry, travel coordination, IT request submission, report data entry/distribution, document control, general office duties, and participation in safety programs on a 20-on/8-off rotation.

Process full-cycle weekly payrolls (salary and hourly) for Quebec entities, audit time sheets in JDE, input deductions/adjustments, handle remittances and reports, respond to CRA/Revenu Quebec, prepare ROEs/garnishments, reconcile RRSP and union payments, support month- and year-end payroll processes, and assist with audits while maintaining accurate employee records and bilingual employee support.

Manage project document databases for engineering/construction projects: collect, digitize, classify, file, transmit and distribute documents, perform quality checks, support DDM systems, train users, troubleshoot, and prepare project information and administrative support for the project team.

Provide administrative and document-control support for large electrical infrastructure projects: maintain project records, coordinate site administrative tasks, prepare correspondence and reports, process invoices and timesheets, manage crew logistics and site office operations, and assist with project closeout documentation.

Perform corporate accounting tasks including journal entries, general ledger maintenance, bank and intercompany reconciliations, month- and year-end close support, audit assistance, and French-language communication with Quebec stakeholders.

Provide on-site HR support for a construction/utility project including craft recruitment and Indigenous engagement, onboarding, HR records, timekeeping and payroll support, employee relations escalation and investigations support, compliance with employment legislation and collective agreements, and coordination between site leadership and central HR.

Design, build, and evaluate company-wide training programs. Assess learning needs, create multimedia materials, deliver and facilitate sessions, manage the LMS and training records, lead and mentor trainers, develop competency frameworks, coordinate scheduling and logistics, and measure program impact while supporting apprenticeship and field-level training.
