Lead execution, stabilization, and modernization of custom applications and integrations across SaaS and COTS platforms. Own integration layer, enforce standards, support incident response, coordinate releases, mentor technical staff, and translate strategy into reliable, scalable solutions.

Support full contract lifecycle for substation and renewable construction projects: draft, review, and negotiate contracts; manage change and claims; perform financial analysis, forecasting, and project analytics; identify and mitigate commercial and operational risks; collaborate with estimating, PM, legal, finance, and operations teams.

Provide project-based accounting support across the full project lifecycle for transmission and substation projects: set up WBS and cost codes, track and reconcile costs in EcoSys and JDE, support billing and AR, prepare month-end accruals and forecasts, manage change orders and subcontractor invoices, and assist financial closeouts and audit documentation.

Manage budget, forecasting, job costing, WIP reporting, and financial reporting across a portfolio of construction projects. Provide project controls, lead month-end and cost review processes, maintain risk and contract change records, prepare financial statements and cash reports, and support audits and executive reporting.

Lead the small tools program overseeing Tool Coordination team, standardize project tool crib processes, manage inventory and ToolWatch data, own procurement governance and training, ensure certification and maintenance of tools, and travel to project sites and yards across Canada.

Lead and govern a company-wide apprenticeship program: develop policy, ensure provincial compliance, manage onboarding and Red Seal progression, match apprentices with mentors, engage stakeholders (regulators, schools, unions, Indigenous communities), secure and manage funding, produce dashboards and reports, and travel across Canada to support program delivery and talent attraction.
