Deliver end-to-end payroll services for a diverse client portfolio, ensure compliance and accurate on-time payrolls, support onboarding and audits, manage pension auto-enrolment, handle escalated client queries, and coach junior payroll staff while driving process improvements.

Provide day-to-day client and employee support for employee benefit solutions; assist in proposals, scheme renewals, onboarding, and implementation; prepare and proofread client documentation; respond to client queries by phone and email; attend client meetings as needed; work with account managers to deliver service; develop technical knowledge in pensions, life assurance and benefits; progress through professional qualifications with employer support.

Manage and enable reseller and referral partners post-signup, delivering onboarding, training, and ongoing support to drive adoption, renewals, and partner-sourced revenue. Act as primary partner contact, collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, gather feedback, and evolve the partner programme for long-term retention and growth.

Manage a caseload of employment matters, advise managers/HR on employment law, draft contracts/policies, handle disciplinary, grievance and tribunal claims, support transactions and immigration/sponsorship queries, conduct negotiations and settlements, oversee GDPR matters, and help business development while supporting senior lawyers and supervising juniors.

Deliver end-to-end payroll services for multiple clients, handle onboarding, pension administration and auto-enrolment, respond to client and employee queries, and support process improvement using payroll and HR technology.

Act as primary quality interface for key aerospace customers: capture and investigate customer feedback and non-conformances, drive CAPA and timely resolutions, interpret technical drawings/specifications, liaise with Sales and internal teams, improve communication and reduce quality issues across the supply chain.

Provide hands-on HR operational support across the UK: manage full employee lifecycle, lead employee relations (disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance), ensure compliance with UK employment law, coordinate payroll/benefits, support HR initiatives and transformation projects, maintain HR documentation and governance, and act as HR systems administrator/backup.

Provide generalist HR advisory services to a portfolio of clients: advise on employment law and HR best practice; support managers on disciplinary, absence, performance, grievance, redundancy, restructures and TUPE; attend meetings (virtual and face-to-face); research, develop and implement client-specific HR solutions; build strong client relationships and share subject-matter expertise within the team.
