Provide end-to-end payroll services for a portfolio of clients: onboard new payrolls, process multi-frequency payrolls, manage workplace pensions and auto-enrolment, ensure HMRC and legislative compliance, handle client and employee queries, and support continuous improvement while collaborating with HR and people services teams.

Act as primary quality interface for key aerospace customers: capture and investigate customer feedback and non-conformances, drive CAPA and timely resolutions, interpret technical drawings/specifications, liaise with Sales and internal teams, improve communication and reduce quality issues across the supply chain.

Provide HR administration and compliance support: onboarding/offboarding, maintain digital HR platform, issue contractual letters, administer benefits, liaise with payroll, handle policy queries, note-take meetings, and produce monthly data reports.

Lead and deliver multiple HR system implementations, manage a small implementation team, own client portfolios including demos, configuration, data setup and training, collaborate with system partners, and drive internal process improvements to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery.
